Terms of Service
Our vegetable, meat and fruit CSA subscriptions as well as orders placed in our online farm store are legally binding contracts. You are responsible for picking up your CSA shares and / or store orders. If you fail to pick-up your CSA or order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you ordered.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality products from produce to freezer to grocery shelf items. We require our growers and producers to deliver market-grade products. Should there be an issue of quality or damage with any of our products, we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Packed Store Orders:
We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned. If we have forgotten an item on your order, please contact us at farmers@thetrustees.org within 48 hours for a store credit/refund.
We pack your orders on the morning after your order window has closed. Our store office is open Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm. We are closed Friday-Sunday. Emails and phone calls received when we are closed will not be addressed until the next business day.

Glass bottle return policy
Milk/kombucha bottles purchased through our farm sites are subject to (include a fee’ instead of ‘are subject to’) fees as specified during the product (‘the time of purchase’ instead of ‘product purchase’) purchase. Please return (‘bottles’ instead of ‘these’) these completely clean to receive your deposit back - if they are not clean, Trustees Grown is still assessed the fee and we will not be able to refund you.
